Dear Valued Customer

Due to increased operation cost such as fuel, permits, pilot car fees etc., we have had to make changes in regards to homes we take to storage. Effective September 1, 2022.

If Quality Home Transport LLC is the shipper of home and you are ready for delivery, but we cannot deliver due to end of month, or should a delivery delay occur; we will not charge you for storing the home or taking to storage. The monthly rent is 200.00 per month per floor (1 day to 30 days). This is payable and due at Fleetwood’s month end each month. The rate to move home to storage is 100.00 per floor.

Romoland Storage:

Quality Home Transport LLC will not Transport any homes to the Romoland Storage Yard unless we are the shipper of the home. The monthly Rent for Romoland is 200.00 per month per floor due at Fleetwood’s month end. The transport rate to storage is 1000.00 per floor.

Romoland Storage:

If Quality Home Transport LLC is the shipper of home and you are ready for delivery, but we cannot deliver due to end of month, or should a delivery delay occur; we will not charge you for storing the home or taking to storage. The monthly rent is 200.00 per month per floor (1 day to 30 days). This is payable and due at Champions’s month end each month. The rate to move home to storage is 350.0O per floor. This is only offered as a convenience for you the Dealer as you have an agreement with Fleetwood/Champion to remove your home from Factory when completed. You are using this storage as you have nowhere to take your home. Please insure your home as you are responsible for it. Make note that the home is outside due to the weather conditions it may mold inside. We do not block the home for you. Refer to your set up manual provided by Fleetwood/Champion as to the requirements for home being stored. Each dealer is required to carry insurance on your homes and Quality Home Transpon LLC 17801 Cherry St Hesperia CA 92345 must be listed as additional insured on your policy. (What a reversal) Please send me those insurance certificates ASAP If your home is going to Storage get with Victoria/Haley and sign out your home as Quality will not sign out any homes going to Storage Yard

No Homes Are Allowed to Leave Storage Without QHT Written Permission and All flees Are Paid By Signing This Proposal, You Are Agreeing to All Terms
